lost packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. Studio Memoli is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages resulting from carrier mishandling.
However, we want you to receive your art! If you believe your package is lost, please contact us. We adhere to the following timelines for declaring a package "lost":
US Orders: Considered lost if not delivered after 1 month from the ship date.
International Orders: Considered lost if not delivered after 3 months from the ship date.
